Your Deposit and how we calculate it.

To book your wedding with Euro Photographic you are required to pay a non-refundable £200 deposit, which is also called your booking fee. Your deposit isn`t just an advanced payment, but includes all the necessary costs involved in preparing for your wedding. A breakdown of your deposit is as follows:

Advertising costs which are spent acquiring your wedding. £72

Paypal fees when you pay your deposit £7

New equipment costs and maintenance £91

Time involved in taking your booking and holding your date £30

These costs are calculated from a breakdown Roys tax returns and are based on him photographing an average of 100 weddings per year.

In the event that you have to postpone your wedding, you can use your original deposit to transfer it to a different date. This is free of charge. Before you confirm your new date with your venue, you must contact Roy to check his available dates. If you book a new date that Roy isn`t available for, your deposit will not be refunded.

If your wedding completely cancels for any reason, and you choose not to pursue a new date, your deposit will not be refunded.

If Roy has to cancel your wedding, even if its outwith his control (an example of this would be if he falls ill ) Then your deposit and any monies paid would be refunded without question.
